The ENGL E212VHB 2×12 closed back cabinet is ruggedly built from 14 layer Siberian birch plywood and produces a punchy sound with creamy mids, tight lows, and a silky smooth highs from two horizontally mounted Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, making it a fine choice for blues, rock, and metal guitarists.
Ideal for use with a wide selection of heads including the Engl E635 Fireball100, Engl E651 Artist Edition, Engl E630II Savage 60 MKII.
This pack contains cabinet impulse responses recorded with three professional microphones – the Shure SM57, Royer R-121 and Sennheiser MD421 – each placed in six different positions: Balanced, Bright, Fat, Thin, Dark and Dark 2, along with three additional (Left, Right and Stereo) room-mic recordings using a Neumann TLM 107 condenser mic and twelve combination microphone mixes.
All the cabinet impulse responses files are in .WAV format for compatibility with a huge range of contemporary plugins and amp sims.
