Description
The 4×10 Lone Star is the largest in the series, combining authentic roots, traditional tone, and classic styling. Rear-loaded with four 10” speakers, it delivers a full and powerful sound, with an instantly recognisable vintage tone. With its tuned, semi-closed rear panel design, it offers the best characteristics of both open and closed back cabinet designs. Loaded here with four G10 Greenbacks for smooth highs and rich low-end thump.
IRs are recorded using three professional microphones: Shure SM57, Royer R-121 and Sennheiser MD421, each placed in six different positions: Balanced, Bright, Fat, Thin, Dark and Dark 2.
The pack also contains three additional recordings using Neumann TLM 107 room mics (Left, Right and Stereo) plus eight microphone mixes.
All IR files are .WAV format.
