Description
Three inches shorter than the oversized Standard Rectifier 4×12, the Traditional 4×12 cabinet produces a tighter and more focused low-end response, while still delivering massive 4×12 punch and authority. The Traditional 4×12 provides more balance between lows, mids and highs and a greater emphasis on attack. The mid-range is more pronounced and this cabinet is often preferred for styles that require tight tracking and articulate response while being augmented by the mellow highs and smooth, sophisticated midrange of four Celestion Ruby speakers.
IRs are recorded using three professional microphones: Shure SM57, Royer R-121 and Sennheiser MD421, each placed in six different positions: Balanced, Bright, Fat, Thin, Dark and Dark 2.
The pack also contains three additional recordings using Neumann TLM 107 room mics (Left, Right and Stereo) plus eight microphone mixes.
All IR files are .WAV format.
